Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what you give us — account and payment details — plus standard technical data, use it to run, secure, and improve the Services, and share it with the parties that make your transactions work.
1. Introduction
This policy describes what Yellowpay Inc (“Yellowpay”) collects when you use getyellowpay.com or the Yellowpay platform (the “Services”), how it is used, where it is stored, and with whom it is shared. If you do not agree to it, discontinue use of the Services.
2. What we collect
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, hashed password, business details, payment information and preferences, and details about the parties you transact with.
Collected automatically: technical data such as IP address, device, operating system and browser details, activity and performance logs, and usage of the Services — gathered directly or through cookies and similar technologies (Section 6), and used mostly to improve performance and understand how the Services are used.
From third parties: supplementary information, such as demographic or marketing data, used to serve you better; once combined with our data it is covered by this policy.
3. How we use it
To operate and provide the Services; authenticate users; give support; develop and improve the product; send service messages and, with your choices respected, promotional ones; prevent fraud and secure the platform; build aggregated, non-identifying statistics; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with law.
4. When we share it
With the business on the other side of your transaction, to effect it; with a partner if you access the platform through that partner’s site; with service providers (hosting, analytics, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, communications, and professional advisors) limited to their role; within Yellowpay’s corporate family; with the parties to a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice if your data is materially affected; with authorities when legally compelled or to investigate wrongdoing; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Yellowpay, its users, or the public; and with your explicit consent.
5. Where it lives and how long
Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions, protected in line with this policy and industry standards wherever it is held. We retain it for as long as you use the Services or as needed for the purposes it was collected — including resolving disputes, audits, enforcing agreements, and legal requirements. We protect it with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit; no internet transmission is completely secure, so transmission is at your own risk.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use session trackers and web beacons for functionality, security, personalization, and analytics. Your browser settings control them; disabling them may break parts of the Services. We use similar techniques to measure use of our forms, tools, and communications.
7. Your choices
Opt out of promotional email via the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to hi@getyellowpay.com (allow up to ten business days). Push notifications can be turned off on your device. Opting out may mean missing offers relevant to you.
8. Access and correction
Registered users can review and edit their information by logging in. If a Yellowpay customer provided us your information and you are not a user, direct access or deletion requests to that customer; where we are asked to remove data, we respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Social media and other websites
This policy covers Yellowpay only. Third-party websites, services, and social platforms have their own policies — never post sensitive information, such as account numbers, on social media.
10. Do-not-track
We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information; anything discovered is blocked and deleted promptly.
12. Your California privacy rights
California residents may request the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing, and those parties’ names and addresses. Email hi@getyellowpay.com and allow thirty days for a response.
13. Changes to this policy
Updates are posted here with a revised “last updated” date, and material changes are notified before they take effect. Continued use after posting means you accept the revised policy.
