Ninety percent of our book is solar. On purpose.

Module, inverter, racking and BOS distributors, and the electrical supply houses behind them. Your buyers are EPCs, installers and developers — so your receivables follow their milestone schedules and tax-credit timing, not your terms. That's the business we underwrite every day.

The payment reality we underwrite

Developer milestone payments

Your buyer gets paid at NTP, mechanical completion, substantial completion, COD. Their cash arrives in steps, so their payments to you do too. Our terms are shaped to those steps instead of fighting them.

EPC payment cycles

EPCs pay their suppliers when the developer pays them, and pay-when-paid clauses make that explicit. Your buyer isn't slow — their contract is. Our underwriting reads the clause instead of penalizing the buyer.

Tax-credit & incentive timing

ITC monetization, transfer deals and state incentives put real money on real dates — months after the panels ship. We model that timing into the buyer's cash position rather than treating it as missing money.

Interconnection delays

A queue slip pushes COD, which pushes the final payment, which pushes yours. We underwrite the project's real schedule risk so a utility's timeline doesn't become your collections problem.

Module procurement & price swings

Tariff moves and supply swings mean buyers stock up in lumps. Buyer limits flex with procurement cycles, so credit is there when the container lands — not six weeks after.

Why NET-120 exists here

Others stop at 90 because their model does.

Horizontal trade-credit platforms underwrite a credit score and cap terms where their risk model runs out — usually Net 90. We underwrite milestone schedules, tax-credit timing and EPC contracts, so 120 days is a priced decision, not an exception.
