NET-30
NET-30 is a payment term meaning the full invoice amount is due 30 days after the invoice date. It's the default term of B2B trade — the baseline every longer term is measured against.
Why NET-30 rarely stays 30 in construction
A contractor buying materials on NET-30 is often paid for the job 60–90 days later. Something has to give: either the supplier's term stretches, or the buyer takes the order elsewhere — to whoever offers terms that match the project. That mismatch is why construction supply gravitates to NET-60 and beyond.
Offering NET-30 without carrying it
Yellowpay funds the supplier's whole invoice within 2 business days whatever term the buyer takes — NET-30 through NET-120 — and takes the buyer credit risk non-recourse. The supplier's cash no longer waits on the buyer's term.
